The grounds are situated on the banks of the Burnett River, just a short drive from the Bundaberg city centre. Our facilities include a large country style barn with an open fireplace, perfect for wedding receptions and other functions. Adjacent to this is a rustic amphitheatre and open grass area for wedding ceremonies or marquee celebrations.

Riverside Retreat also have self contained accommodation which can sleep 12 pax. Also two large Outdoor Dorms, which can sleep up to 22 pax per. dorm.
The stunning grounds include large outdoor dining area, ample seating and lighting, plus several BBQ areas and pre-dinner/cocktail locations.
There are plenty of fun activities to keep you entertained during your stay, basketball and tennis courts, fishing, swimming or just simply relaxing & soaking up the gorgeous surroundings which are the gardens and wildlife.
For the more adventurous groups we can arrange a session on our ropes course, or try out your aim with Archery. Other adventures include Rafting, Team Challenges, Beach Olympics and Canoeing just to name a few.
